If you’re looking for a great MMORPG, then consider Final Fantasy XI. This MMO breaks the mold when it comes to f2p games. Many games of this type, especially in the late 90s and early 2000’s were cut from the same cloth, so to speak. These games were very similar in look and style and while they may have different names, they are still very much the same game.
But Final Fantasy XI is different. It is a port of an online RPG which was designed for consoles but it have more depth and content than most of the competition. The game is very stable and lag-free which is a plus for any online gamer. While it was taken from EverQuest, there are many things which are simpler about FFXI than other MMORPGs.
For example, your character doesn’t have to east and can’t become fatigued from running too much. The world is consistent and the style of theme is different from other Final Fantasy games. The quality of the graphics and sound are very high which is important in this type of game since you will probably spend a great deal of time listening to the music and looking at the graphics.
It’s pretty quick and easy to get the game up and running but learning the controls right in the beginning can be a challenge. Once you get it down, however, you may find it’s quite an addictive game that you spend a great deal of time on. There are many choices for you when choosing a character.
There is also a decent level of character customization for you to choose from and high level objectives to enjoy as you level up. You will find plenty of missions to take part in even as a new player which makes it easier for you to level up your character.
There is so much to see and do in Final Fantasy Xi that you may find yourself spending hours on end trying it all out and leveling up your character. All in all, there’s nothing but good things to say about this game.
